The flowers were beautiful and whoever put them together took into account my note about my mother's preference for yellow roses. One false note. The flowers were not delivered to her apartment. They were left in the lobby after the people in the front had already gone. It seems like it shouldn't be that hard to go up one floor to knock on her door or (at a minimum) to leave them on the table by her door. But the arrangement and the freshness was great.

I ordered online well before they opened. Just minutes after they opened I received an email stating my order was received. Everything went perfectly. They emailed me when it was delivered.
